Super Robot Rollcall: Nu Arrivals
v Gundam
Source Material: Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack
Model number: RX-93
Height: 24.2 meters
Power Source: Nuclear Fusion Reactor
Real World Designer: Yutaka Izubuchi
Amuro's personal-use prototype Mobile Suit. That's not a V for Victory in the name, it's the greek letter N (pronounced "new") in lowercase, so this machine is more often referred to as the "Nu Gundam" in the english-speaking world.
Hastily built in just 3 months by taking inspiration from all Gundam frames built so far and utilizing many pre-existing parts under the Londo Bell's jurisdiction, and further powered up by the leaked Psychoframe technology.
Being one of the most popular Mobile Suits ever made, it's no surprise that it boasts a massive number of SRW appearances, rivalling even the eternal champion and soaring iron castle, Mazinger Z.
It's got great Mobility and Movement Range, comes with an I-Field (extremely powerful anti-beam barrier), incredible range thanks to its signature Fin Funnels... but its damage output is slightly underwhelming without its combination attack, and its combination attack will not be available for most of the game.
Speaking of not being available for most of the game, that's also true for this machine! It'll be with us to the end, but it'll spend most of the game away, and when it comes back it will only have whatever upgrades you put onto it right now. If you pick the Nadesico route at the beginning of the game, you're better off not even putting Amuro in this, sadly.
Fun Fact: In Fukuoka, there is a life-sized statue of a variation of this machine; known as the RX-93ff v Gundam, it sports a single large Fin Funnel known as the "Long Range Fin Funnel". Pragmatically speaking, this was done to make sure it wouldn't easily topple, as typhoons happen often in Kyushu.
It's just a statue, not a moving machine, so you could say it's just for show.

Mass-Produced v Gundam
Source Material: Kunio Okawara Collection (M-MSV)
Model Number: RX-94
Height: 21.2 meters
Power Source: Nuclear Fusion Reactor
Real World Designer: Kunio Okawara
Just as the name implies, it's a v Gundam designed with mass-production in mind. For that reason, it allows for easy changing of Incoms to Funnels and vice-versa.
For a secret unit, at first glance, the MP is rather underwhelming. Unimpressive stats and even less impressive damage, with its strongest move, the Incoms, only barely breaching the 4k threshold at max upgrades. Its long range is good, yes, as is the fact it doesn't require Will to use, but it's still not really all that impressive.
Much like the "true" v Gundam, this machine will be leaving eventually and be gone for most of the game, but unlike the v Gundam, when it comes back it'll have quite a few more tricks up its sleeve, which will make it much more convenient to use.
Fun Fact: Supposedly, at one point the MP v Gundam was to make an appearance in Gundam Unicorn, but this didn't come to pass and its role was taken up by the Silver Bullet. This info is on the japanese SRW wiki with no source, so take it with a grain of salt.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway Film Trilogy, Overseas Gundam UC2 Drama Teased
The "Gundam Franchise's New Work Unveiling" event on Friday briefly showed a visual for the works in the Universal Century timeline.
In the section for "new screen projects" were the following listings:
Universal Calendar 0097:
Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative (Kidō Senshi Gundam NT)
Film project — Fall/Winter 2018
Universal Calendar 0103:
Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash (Kidō Senshi Gundam: Senkō no Hathaway)
Film trilogy — Fall 2019 or later
Universal Calendar 0104:
Mobile Suit Gundam UC2 (Kidou Senshi Gundam UC2, tentative title)
Overseas drama format — 2022
However, the Sunrise studio's emcee and one of the event's guests, Gundam Unicorn novelist Harutoshi Fukui, quickly told the audience to "pretend you didn't see that" visual. The visual did not confirm that the last two projects have been green-lit. The event did confirm that the Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative anime project will start theatrical screenings in November.
The visual also listed several official side stories that are being developed through games: MSV Gaiden (Mobile Suit Variation Side Story), Gya-Char UC: Gundam Kaihatsu Hiwa (Char's Counterattack UC: The Secret Story of Gundam Development), UC ep 0, and UC 0100 Zeon Jichiken Hōki (UC 0100: The Renunciation of Zeon Autonomy).

New Paper Craft: FA-93HWS v Gundam Heavy Weapons System Type Paper Model Free Download
New Papercraft has been published on PaperCraftSquare: Link: http://www.papercraftsquare.com/fa-93hws-v-gundam-heavy-weapons-system-type-paper-model-free-download.html Paper Craft Name: FA-93HWS v Gundam Heavy Weapons System Type Paper Model Free Download Description:
This gundam paper model is a FA-93HWS v Gundam Heavy Weapons System Type (Full-Armor variant of the v Gundam), a mobile suit featured in the original design series Char’s Counterattack: Mobile Suit Variations. The papercraft created by Rarra, and shared by Kevin Chapman.
The Nu Gundam Heavy Weapons System Type would have been a considerable upgrade to the RX-93 Nu Gundam. However, during the Second Neo Zeon War, Amuro Ray used the Nu Gundam to push away Axis, resulting in his sudden disappearance.
Anaheim Electronics planned to improve the newtype use RX-93 v Gundam by equipping it with the F.S.W.S (Full-armor System and Weapon System), which included removable chobham armor to increase its protection and includes two shoulder missile pods that flank either side of the head. The ν Gundam’s shield also replaced by a larger shield with built-in thrusters, to counter the Heavy Weapon System’s increased mass. The heavy beam rifle also increased the firepower of ν Gundam. However, the Heavy Weapon System plan was never completed due to ν Gundam’s rushed deployment and eventual MIA status. It should be noted that the missile launcher components of the Full Armor are improved versions of the MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam‘s missile launchers. [Source: wikia]
Armaments
60mm Vulcan gun
Beam saber
Large beam saber
Beam rifle
Hyper bazooka
Hyper Mega Rifle: A beam rifle said to possess a power rating high enough to destroy anything at maximum output, it is the most powerful beam-type weapon of the suit. This weapon also supported ultra-long-range sniping and featured a bipod for precision firing. A sensor built into the rifle adjusts the power output according to the target’s distance, and could be manually controlled via the mobile suit’s psycoframe system. Its power output rivaled that of the main cannons of UC battleships. To improve accuracy, it was partly controlled by newtype psycommu waves.
High Mega Shield: A variation of the RX-93′s shield, it is thicker for solid-weapon endurance and can equip a ballistic missile launcher that detonates with enough destructive power to erase a number of suits when it makes contact with any surface. Due to its slow movement speed it is preferable to use it at point-blank range to inflict enormous damage without missing the target. Other than that, the shield has two fixed beam cannons, with power output rivaling that of the ZZ Gundam’s High Mega Cannon.

Missle launcher
Small missle
Shoulder Missile Launchers: An improved version of the multi use launchers that were widely used in the Gryps Conflict, the Missile Launchers mounted on the shoulders of the H.W.S. can use a wide variety of munitions, which included the Psycommu Grenade. Apparently, it is linked to the later development of a weapon called the “Funnel Missile”.
Fin Funnels: Considered one of the most deadly weapons in UC history, the funnels were individual remote weapons that could fly off and attack from receiving the psycommu waves of the pilot. Fin funnels were funnels equipped with their own generator, which greatly increased their capabilities. They needed less frequent charging, and were able to generate a fin funnel barrier, a defensive field, around friendly units.
